FAQ.

Why two separate caps instead of one?
Basic and Pro are different editions for different buyers. Basic is the full planning core — unlimited workspaces, projects, and tasks, on Mac and iPhone. Pro adds the premium modules: Cost Management, Sales & CRM, Spotlight, the Project Execution Matrix, Board, and 115 more assistant tools. Capping each tier independently means the deal is real whichever edition you need.
What if I buy Founder's Basic and want to upgrade to Pro later?

Yes — there will be an upgrade path from Basic to Pro:

  • While the Founder's 100 Pro offer is still open, the upgrade is +$100 USD ($129 + $100 = the $229 Founder's Pro price).
  • Once the Pro tier has hit its cap, the upgrade is +$150 USD ($129 + $150 = the $279 retail Pro price).

Exact mechanics are confirmed at launch.

Is this a sale, or a permanent launch promotion?
It's a launch promotion for the first 100 buyers in each tier. When a tier hits its cap, that tier closes for good and the price returns to retail. It doesn't run again.
What if I change my mind?
Direct purchases through Lemon Squeezy carry a 14-day refund window, no questions asked. Mac App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their own refund policy. Either way you get your money back, and the seat returns to the pool.
Will V2 cost extra?
Existing users are offered a discounted upgrade to V2, but it's optional. Your V1 license never expires. You can stay on V1 indefinitely.
Do I get the iPhone and iPad app too?
Yes. Both Founder's Basic and Founder's Pro include the Mac app and the iPhone + iPad companion. There's no separate mobile purchase — it's bundled with every tier.
Can I gift a Founder's seat?
Yes — at checkout, Lemon Squeezy supports gift purchases. The seat counts toward the 100 cap regardless of recipient.
What if Founder's Basic sells out but Founder's Pro is still open (or vice versa)?
Each tier closes independently. If Basic sells out first, Basic returns to $179 USD immediately. Pro stays at $229 USD until its own 100 is hit.
